Terms of Service
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1. The service
sqr.art generates artistic QR codes in which your image is encoded into the code itself. QR codes encode a sqr.art URL that redirects to the destination you choose. QR codes created with an account are dynamic: their destination can be changed after creation, and scans are counted. Anonymous QR codes are free and permanent but cannot be edited.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. Accounts are for a single person or organization.
3. Plans and billing
The Free plan includes 3 dynamic QR codes and daily generation limits. The Pro plan (9 € per month, VAT included where applicable) removes those limits and adds CSV export, API access and webhooks. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use sqr.art to redirect to content that is illegal, or to conduct:
- phishing, malware distribution, or any deceptive practice;
- infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights;
- abuse of the service (circumventing rate limits, automated scraping of other users' data).
We may disable any QR code or account breaching these rules, without notice in serious cases. Report abuse to abuse@sqr.art.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the images you upload and warrant that you are entitled to use them. You grant CAMINA the technical license needed to store and process them solely to provide the service. Generated QR codes are yours to use freely, including commercially.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability of the redirect service but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Always test a printed QR code before a large print run. To the extent permitted by law, CAMINA's liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You can delete your QR codes and your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your dynamic QR codes stop redirecting. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cannes, France, notwithstanding mandatory consumer protection rules that may designate another forum.
